Ten Steps to Healthy Eating

Staying healthy requires just a little bit of work, not much but certainly some.
1. Decide what your family may want to eat for that week.
2. To help make your decision easier look online together for meal options.
3. After you decide on at least 4 meals for the week.
4. it’s time to work on the grocery list.
5. Before you complete your list, check to be sure you do not have any of the items already handy.
6. Create a template or shopping list to work with each week.
7. Following the recipe choose a day that works for you and prep your meals beforehand.
8. Cook prepped meals, when ready placed items in containers that you can label.
9. Do not prepare more than 4 dishes for the week.
10. Consider dishes that are great as left-over such as baked chicken, spaghetti, hamburger helper.
