How to update your shoe wardrobe in seven easy steps.

Planning ahead is important regardless of whether it’s preparing meals for the family or updating your wardrobe. Knowing early spring that the puppy had chewed every pair of summer shoe that I owned the plan was to replace them in a well laid budget friendly manner. Before I made my decision to start browsing I set a budget for each pair and the number of pairs I was going to replace.

The first step was to browse through current fashion magazines and online to see what is trending in shoes.

Second step was visit my local trendy shoe shops and mall to see if there was anything I liked.

Third step I then assessed my current wardrobe which also needed updating from there I decided on the,

Fourth step I wanted a variety of colors of shoes, but I needed the staples, black, brown or taupe, red, the classics.

Fifth step decisions to be made stilettos, flats or wedges?

Sixth step another decision open toe or closed toe shoe?

Seventh step check the quality, the shoe collection must last for the long haul, since I was completely starting over.
Final results, a great selection of shoes for my budget, from Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Arturo Chiang and other favorite designers.
This shaped up to be my best summer ever for my shoe collection.
