I was at the pharmacy the other evening and I was having a nice visit with the pharmacist about eating late. She mentioned that for some strange reason her body craves sweets at night, I explained that it’s her body reminding her that it’s time to shut down.
I also explained that a little trick to eliminate after hours eating or putting sweets in my mouth after a certain hour is to simply brush my teeth, floss and rinse with some type of mouth wash. Since I’m too lazy after a long day and I refuse to re-brush I simply stay away from the kitchen.
It’s a simple, yet effective way to eliminate late night eating and after hours snacking.
